The Rivers State Governor was speaking at the unveiling of the mascot for this yearâ€™s National Sports Festival in Port Hacourt.
The governor, who said the state will be spending N22. 6 billion to successfully host the 2010 National Sports Festival, promised to present the best facilities and make the games the best ever.He said the state was working very hard to ensure adequate security for all participating athletes and officials during the festival.
