Sunshine players get balance of sign-on-fee

Sunshine Stars players and officials are confident that the much awaited balance of their sign-on fees will be paid this week, reports Kate Obodo.

According to Ibrahim Babale, Sunshine Stars top striker who scored a brace against Gateway FC in Akure last weekend, the management have promised to pay the balance and we are happy that things are now improving with the club.

“We are happy with the club. Now, we have better management, good coaches and things are improving . We will be getting the balance of the sign-on fees this week and the players are happy”, he said. Babale whose performance against Gateway FC won the man-of-the-match went home with N50,000 for his effort.
