The prospect of getting their sign on fees very soon is an exciting one to player of Dolphins FC as the Rivers State sports commissioner made a statement to that effect.
The Rivers State sports commissioner, Boma Iyaye mentioned while introducing John Obuh as Sharks new Technical Adviser that payment of sign on fees was tied to the budget yet to be announced by the state governor.
Though the club do not have back log of debts, they are yet to be paid sign on fees for the 2009/10 football season which the sports commissioner has promised will be paid soonest.
