Despite a hard fought 2-1 win over Wikki Tourists in Port Harcourt on Wednesday, Manager, Stanley Eguma insists he prefers the points as they come now.
“We want to play well so our fans will be happy but we also know that if we play well and do not win they will still be sad.
“It’s the three points first and then we can work on team play and other matters so I must say I am happy we got the three points against Wikki Tourists,†Eguma said.
Dolphins had gone ahead through a poorly taken penalty by captain, Emma Godwin after the referee adjudged a player to have handled the ball in the box.
15 minutes into the second half, Captain Ejindu made it two when he blasted home from close range. Pillars however woke from their slumber and pulled one back in the 75th minute when Otanwa Otanwa’s low drive in the six yard box beat Dolphins’ Sunday Rotimi.
