Over 114 millionaires  have so far been produced from the on- going Zain Naira Rain Promo as winners were presented with their cheques.
The new millionaires were those that emerged from the Zain promo held in various locations in Nigeria.
Speaking, Shamel Hanafi, Chief Commercial Officer of Zain Nigeria said the prize presentation to winners is a demonstration of Zain’s willingness to fulfil its vows to customers, Whilst saying that the company will continue to delight its customers by extending its ‘wonderful world’ brand promise to all Nigerians.
His words, “I wish to state that, at Zain Nigeria, we keep our words; and we always go the extra_mile to fulfill our pledge to our valued customers. This prize presentation ceremony is just one of many avenues that we employ to reward and delight our esteemed customers.â€
Continuing, he said, “Indeed, Zain Nigeria is extremely committed in its quest to extend its brand promise of ‘a wonderful world’ to everyone in this country.
We have made many Nigerians millionaires everyday in the past two weeks. We will continue to do this during the duration of this Promo which we have appropriately named the Zain Naira Rain Promo. Everyone on the Zain network can participate in the Promo by using as little as N50 per day. A usage of multiples of N50 airtime will improve the chances of the customer wining as it increases his number of entries.â€
Thus far, the Zain Naira Rain Promo has produced 114 Nigerian millionaires, with two customers emerging winners in the five million naira category and 112 customers each winning the one million naira prize money.
In his remarks, Ogundinmu Adebayo, one of the five million naira winners described the cash prize reward as the best gift he has received in his entire life.
“Emerging as one of the five million naira prize winners is the best Christmas gift I have received in my entire life.
I have termed this gift from Zain as a restoration of lost grounds. I say this because not too long lost a good amount of money I invested; and here I am receiving this huge sum from Zain. In fact, I cannot thank Zain enough for making it possible for me to give this testimony; it’s indeed, a wonderful world,†said a visibly excited Ogundinmu.
In his submission, another winner in the one million naira category, Prophet Israel Tunde Tijani, said the prize presentation to winners is an attestation to the fact that the promo is credible and a good platform for enriching Nigerians during the yuletide.
Tijani who said he would invest his 1 million naira prize money in his church also commended Zain exploring opportunities to give back to Nigerians.
For Miss. Asisat Saka, another winner in the Wk One edition of the Naira Rain Promo, the 1 million naira prize money will not only assist her in developing her musical talent but will also serve as a source of capital of her mother’s business.
“As an Arabic musician, I’ll use part of the money to train myself while I’ll use the other part to assist my mother in her trade. This is, indeed, a wonderful opportunity that Zain has afforded me and my family and we are really excited about it,†she said.
Other winners at the event also commended Zain for rewarding customers, saying that the presentation ceremony has further demonstrated the fact the promo is really genuine.
Customers only need to use as low as N50 airtime to qualify for the draw for the particular day to win N1, 000,000.000 (One Million naira) same day, throughout the duration of the promotion.
Entries are in multiples of N50 thus ensuring that the more a customer’s usage, the greater his/her chances of emerging a winner in the daily draws. This principle equally applies to the weekly and grand prize draws.
