Adenuga emerges Silverbird’s 2009 Man of the Year

The Chairman of Globacom Communications, Dr. Mike Adenuga, has won the 2009 Silverbird Communications Man of the Year award.
He poled over 75% of votes sent in by text messaging.
Dr Adenuga was nominated for Globacom’ s successful completion of the intercontinental state of the art submarine fibre optic cable and the optical fibre cable that connects over 40 cities in Nigeria.
Other nominees were Governor Godswill Akpabio, Sanusi Lamido, Odein Ajumogobia and Gov. Danjuma Goje.
