Director General in the NSC, Dr. Patrick Ekeji, who returned from South Africa on Sunday said that the agreement was sealed with WIPP, a leading Business School of Administration.

“The trip to South Africa was successful,” Dr. Ekeji said. “We already have three Nigerians on admission in the school. They have agreed to help in the training of experts from Nigeria as well as the coaches. They are ready to come to Nigeria, organise seminars and support our programmes.”

Dr. Ekeji also disclosed that the South African satellite television, Super Sports,  are willing to invest in Nigerian sports development by televising sporting activities in the country as a way of arousing the people’s interest in sports.

“Super Sports have shown interest in our sports and they want to televise sporting activities in the country,” the DG said. “We have to be pro-active in the development of sports. We have to explore every available opportunity.”
