MTN crowns customers

…sets  N45b   investment plan

FOR MTN Nigeria, one thing it holds so dear to heart in carrying out its customer relations activity is recognition of customers loyalty for sustainability of its business and improvement of quality of service delivery to the customers.

MTN  made this intention  public in Lagos, as it organized a King’s Banquet dinner in honour of  customers last weekend. It also used the occasion as a platform to treat the customers truly like Kings at cean View, venue of the occasion, as they were entertained with different musical renditions, traditional and cultural dances and displays.

Speaking at the occasion, the MTN Chief Operation Officer, Ahmed Farouk who expressed gratitude to all MTN customers in Nigeria for their loyalty to the company both in good and during the times of adversit. said for me, “The best way to sustain the longevity of a company is by expression of gratitude to customer, the King of the market, and renewal of  commitment to them.

“ For us in MTN, customers are everything. It is  because of them that we are in business, and as a result of this, we value them so much that we couldn’t have done otherwise than to host them as we are doing today and say thank them for their support in all times our business, in the midst of the obvious infratsructural challenges in the country.”

He then used the opportunity to disclose a N45 billion investment plan into the network by MTN to boost service delivery, as a proof of its commitment to a more reliable and quality network services in Nigeria.

MTN customer relations executive, Mr. Akin Braithwait also expressed his gratitude to MTN customers for their loyalty to the company.

“The reason we are here is to recognize you our customers. That is why we are here to serve you, and recommitting ourselves. A proof that we care. We have taken sometimes to think of you, and how best to show our appreciation in all you have done. You are truly MTN Majesties. Forgive us for the bad times just to keep our business going,” said Braithwait.
According to him, it is only when a company recognized its customers as true Kings that the future of such company can  be guaranteed.
He however, pledged his commitment to be always available for MTN customers so that they may be satisfied at all times.

“Whatever it takes, I will always be there for my customers, no matter the cost because you are the King.” he reiterated. and appealed to the customers to always be at the vanguard of all MTN installations to protect them from damage by miscreants.
