Star producer, Emem Isong, is at her collaborative best again  as she joins forces with top Nollywood actress, Uche Jombo and handsome actor, Desmond Elliot to premiere two blockbuster movies, ‘Guilty Pleasure’ and ‘Nollywood Hustlers’ at Silverbird Cinema on Sunday.

Emem, who jointly produced rave movie, ‘Reloaded’ with Desmond Olusola Elliot, is taking their new works, ‘Guilty Pleasure’ to the cinema house on Sunday. Desmond and Emem jointly produced the intense drama movie.

‘Guilty Pleasure’ is the story of a career obsessed man who wants to eat his cake and still have it. He wants a family and career but has little time for his adorable wife.

The dutiful wife who has tried everything to make her husband change but to no avail is almost resigning to fate when an unexpected twist changes the course of their lives and of course that of the plots. Ramsey Nouah, the lead act in the intense drama plays the role so well. Emem had to confess that she hasn’t seen him act like that all his life.

Nse Ikpe_Etim, the rave of the moment actress, stars alongside Ramsey and Omoni Oboli, Mercy Johnson, Rukky Sandah, Desmond Elliot, Majid Michael. A host of others play a part or two in the movie. Daniel Adenimokan and Desmond Elliot directed the movie.

For Nollywood hustler, Uche Jombo, a joint producer, the movie portrays the trial, travail and funny side of ‘the wannables stars’ in the burgeoning movie industry, Nollywood hence the title, Nollywood Hustlers. It’s a comedy at its best without your usual Osufia, John Okafor and the Aki and Paw Paw of this world. Imagine Ramsey Noauh playing himself out in a movie, same for Monalisa Chindah, Emem Isong, and Lancelot Odua Imasuen.

‘Nollywood Hustler’ has stellar cast and the casts got stellar when Genevieve Nnaji, Ini Edo, Susan Peters, Shasha, and a number of accomplished musicians appear as guest acts. Genevieve acts as Genevieve, Ini Edo did the same, among others.

The premiere will herald cinema viewing which is planned across the country immediately after the premiere, and plans are in top gear to take the movies outside the shores of the country.
