By Festus AHON
UGHELLI— Prominent Ijaw leader  Chief Edwin Kiagbodo Clark has alleged attempts   by unscrupulous persons to distort facts in the case of the former Delta State governor , Chief James Ibori.
Clark in a statement addressed to the Inspector_General of Police and the President, Nigerian Bar  Association, NBA decried the introduction of one Emeka Arinze, a lawyer, he alleged was brought in to join the team of Chief Ibori lawyers that were presently handling the case.
He asked, “who is Emaka Arinze? or is he the same man in prime chambers of Professor Amos Utuama, now Deputy Governor’s chambers?
“We have come to realize that in the letter, Emeka Arinze claimed to be making an attempt to set the record straight on Ibori’s case but we cannot understand what is so difficult to twist rather, the arrangement being employed to confuse the public is nothing but an exercise in crudity without regards to establised norms and values.â€
