GOVERNORSHIP candidate of the African Democratic Congress, (ADC) for the 2010 elections in Anambra State, Chief Ralph Nwosu, has allayed fears that despite the palpable tensions in the state, the 2010 elections would still hold accordingly without the shedding of blood.
Addressing newsmen in Lagos, in the wake of the political crisis, which has characterised the state for sometime, Nwosu observed that what the state (Anambra State) was passing through was an indication that it was heading towards political liberation from its long years of neglect and miss-rule.
He said “I am not one of those who believe that 2010 in Anambra State would be the end of the road for the state. Instead, I believe 2010 would be easy if the people are allowed to vote according to their wishes and aspirations, without unnecessary interference from those who do not wish the state well.â€
