In all of these, our overall goal is economic development and in getting at that economic development, we have to put a few things down in terms of infrastructures and in this regard, we are talking about transportation: the airport, seaport, road and of course railway and talking about power, you cannot say we have not done anything because we are part-funding what the Federal Government is doing in terms of the independent power plant and we are also starting our own independent power plant in the state.
