German coach Marco Pezzaiuoli has said that his players were nervous and lost to Argentina last night in the Fifa Under-17 World Cup group game at the Abuja National Stadium. But he said that Germany were not yet out of the cadet championship.
“The 2-1 defeat notwithstanding, we are not yet out of the tournament. We were just nervous, and we had enough chance to win the gameâ€, coach Marco Pezzaiuoli said after the encounter. Admitting that the Argentines had more space and made use of it, coach Pezzaiuoli said that he would psyche up his players for the remaining group match against Honduras.
