We’ll attack Eagles —Tunisia

By Tony Ubani

PORTUGUESE Coach of Tunisia, Humberto Cuelho and his captain Karim Haggui have plotted to attack the Super Eagles in their World Cup match on Sunday contrary to beliefs that they would play defensive game and frustrate the team with their antics. Humberto and Haggui spoke on Eurosport and said that they were coming to Nigeria to play attacking football and to record a win in Abuja.

The North Africans are expected to storm Abuja in their chartered aircraft today and move straight to their Sheraton Hotel abode from where they would do light training before the match on Sunday. Speaking on his plan for the top of the bill in African qualifiers, Cuelho said that he would shock Nigerians when  his wards go on the offensive.

“Everybody expects us to play defensive. We will not play so because of the consequences of putting so much pressure on ourselves. We’ll instead go on the offensive to rattle the Nigerians”, he said.
His skipper, Karim Haggui described Nigeria as a team with individual players in the best leagues but noted that Tunisia hold the ace because of their team play.
“Individually, Nigerians have the best players but as a team, Tunisia stand out. We’ll shock them as a team”, he predicted.
