MDA begins Sunday

The popular Maltina Dance All reality TV dance competition is in its third season. The family entertainment oriented reality TV show, introduced to bring promote family values, unity, cooperation and creativity within the Nigerian context, will hit TV screens across Africa, even beyond African borders tonight.

Aside producing the 10 finalists that are moving into the Maltina Dance Academy for the contest proper, the regional auditions also reward participating families who feature in the auditions with numerous regional dance competition prizes B 2.5KVA generator, 21@ flat screen TV sets, home theatre systems and lots of nourishing Maltina.

It will be recalled that this year=s season of the Maltina Dance All reality television show was launched with the call for entry late June. As it was with past editions of the show, thousands of families across the nation registered their interest in the show by registering and turning up for regional auditions from where the 10 families listed above emerged regional finalists.

In the next 21 days, the 10 lucky families will battle one another for fame and fortune in the Maltina Dance Academy while entertaining audiences across the continent with deft dance steps, styles and traditions.

Announcing the commencement of Season III of MDA a couple of months ago, the Corporate Affairs Adviser of Nigeria Breweries PLC, Mr. Ageni Yusuf, noted that Maltina Dance All Afeatures talented dancers, selected from various regions across the country, and has since remained the nation=s first and only family dance reality TV show.@
Yusuf added that the show is designed to help families achieve their dreams by developing their budding talents and making some of them professional dancers in their own rights.

AThis edition of Maltina Dance All promises to be bigger and better with lots of intrigues, fun and excitement,@ he stated adding that the show has constantly brought enjoyment and contents to Nigerians. AWe saw the Maltina families learning hip hop, salsa and a variety of Nigerian dance styles which were well received by Nigerians.@
