Set to unveil new corporate logo, head office for improved turn around service time, a Lagos based travel management outfit, World and Traveland Limited has commenced a process of rebranding its operations and corporate image aimed at enhanced service delivery to its growing clientele base.

According to Faloye, other components of the company’s rebranding plan include improvement in the turnaround time between when a request is made for services and when they (the services) are delivered to customers.
Articulating the new plan, Faloye said, “Our mission really is to be a one-stop shop for all travel services, which means we sorts out customers’ tickets needs to their visas. We also handle airport transportation needs of our clients, hotels bookings, to make it a memorable trip for them.â€
Explaining the reason why the company opted for a new corporate head office, she said the new location was carefully selected to allow easy contact with its patrons, because majority of its customers work or live on the Island.
“Eighty percent of the clients are on the island train work hours so that they could have a good turn around time, we could get back to them on time and deliver efficiently and good service to them that is why we relocated to the Island.†she said.
She said the new office has enough space for clients to sit conveniently in a well furnished reception to savour an array of tour packages of various destinations across the world on display to whet their appetite for a fulfilling trip abroad.
