Speaker denies murder allegation

Umuahia- The Speaker of Abia  state House of Assembly has denied being involved in the murder of some people in his native home of Ozu Abam, in Arochukwu Local Government Area, as alleged by the leadership of the youth wing of Ozu Abam town union.

The leadership of the union, had petitioned the police, alleging that the Speaker, with others killed Okeke Oleukwu, Ndidi Olo and others. The victims were alleged to have been buried alive.

Agwu was alleged to have committed the offence with Simeon Kalu, Eziye Ibe, Ndukewe Ibe, Kalu Okoro, Udo UOla, Azu Achi, Ben Udo, and Agwu Dan. The petition against them was written  to the Inspector-General of Police, by the Chairman, Michael Okarofor, Sopuruchukwu Okechukwu, among others.
