DTHA urges National Assembly to amend PIB

*That this honourable House urges the National Assembly to amend relevant sections of the Petroleum Industry Bill to reflect the yearnings and aspirations of the people of the Niger Delta to forestall further agitation by the people of the Niger Delta.

*That this honourable House supports the stand of the South-South governors on the Petroleum Industry Bill and other issues as contained in their communiqué.

*That the speaker liaises with speakers in the South-South to call a meeting of legislators in the region to address these nagging issues.
