ONITSHA – A governorship aspirant on the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Dr. Alex Obiogbolu, has promised to fight crime with employment if  voted as the Governor of the state in 2010.

Obiogbolu, who has formerly launched  his blue print also said that his administration would undertake a policy of creating employment, providing human infrastructure for the next generation, in addition to building infrastructure for growth stimulation.

Obiogbolu, who launched the blue print “Oganiru Anambra” project at Awka, stressed that he would create partnership with private organisations and individuals while efforts would be made to maintain the tempo of building quality network of roads across the state.

He promised to create an enabling environment that would encourage people in the state to be self reliant and achieve good and  reasonable standard of life through industry and commerce, explaining that he will promote and create employment through the stimulation of local demand by increasing the purchasing power of people, especially graduates.
