WARRIâ€”THE people of Ndokwa ethnic nationality in Delta State has commended President Yarâ€™Adua and Delta State Governor, Dr. Emmanuel Uduaghan, for appointing Chief Emmanuel Ogidi as the state representative on the Board of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC).
They also called on all Deltans to support the NDDC and the new commissioner in their endeavours to enable them succeed in bringing democracy dividends to the generality of the people of the state, even as they charged Ogidi to remember that the whole state was his constituency.
They said Ogidi has the requisite experience and administrative acumen to properly represent the state.
on the NDDC Board.Speaking through the National President of Ndokwa Federated Oil Producing Communities of Nigeria, Comrade Ozegbe Adoh two others, the people pledged their continued loyalty to President Yarâ€™â€™ Aduaâ€™s seven-point agenda and Dr. Uduaghanâ€™s three-point agenda, saying that the appointment of Chief Emmanuel Ogidi, the immediate past chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party in the state was not a misplaced choice.
The people extolled the leadership qualities of Dr.Uduaghan, saying his peace and security agenda has endeared him to all Deltans and commended him for the matured manner he handled the recent Gbaramatu/JTF crisis in the state.
