International exhibitions and seminars on water and construction tagged “Water Africa and West Africa Building &
Construction,†will take place in Nigeria on come April 2010.
The events which are coming in the wake of similar ones that were held in Ghana earlier this year, will provide a
platform for international and local exhibitors to showcase the latest products and services for the water and
building & construction markets.
Organisers in a release made available to Vanguard revealed that the two events which will be held from April 28
– 30, 2010 at the International Conference Centre in Abuja, have been endorsed by the Federal Ministries of Water
Resources and Works & Housing.
Tracey Nolan-Shaw, Managing Director of UK-based ACE Event Management, organisers of the shows, said following
the hosting of the events in Ghana, many of the participants had indicated their interest in coming for the next
ones already slated for Nigeria.
“We had incredibly successful shows in Ghana in 2009 and many of the exhibitors are coming with us to Nigeria in
2010 which proves we are hitting their target market by the quality of visitors attending the events,†Nolan-Shaw
Both events now slated for Abuja in 2010 offer an opportunity for companies to put their products and services
before customers from all tiers of government, industry, agriculture, NGOs and other key players from the entire
West Africa region.
