		<description>I am also a concerned Abian. The situation is really sad. We are now afraid of visiting the village. It means Abians are stuck outside. If what has been written above is not a political gimmick then it is commendable. However, working at the root cause is still better. Restoring the rule of law in all facets of governance, making sure that the leadership abhors greed and corruption. The idea of winner takes all should be seriously discouraged. If the governed feel the impact of democracy dividends well, vice and criminality will be greatly discouraged.</description>
