Sorry to surmise – this is the writing of a typical educated illiterate ( he is educated no doubt but he does not have the cerebral depth needed to advance any issue he holds dearly to himself and he keeps on ranting and dropping words – for lack of a better way to describe it – to impress his readers but by the time you separate the chaff from the grain , he lacks substance in his writing( do I belong to that category myself – nope – i don’t think so).
