Each time you hear some of these past military Generals (Advance Boy Scouts) talk, you can't help but feel sorry for our beloved country, Nigeria. These are supposedly past leaders, a past intelligence (unintelligent) officer for that matter.

People say common sense is common but truth be said, IT IS NOT COMMON at all. This clown called Alh Sagir Mohammed still believes that eliminating 20 Billion Niger Delta people is the final solution to Nigerian problem and he is sad because it is being delayed.

I wish to remind him that the civilize world is watching the Nigerian Government closely. And also, I will advice him to look for this film : SPARTAN 300 if he has not watched it before, am sure some Nigerians that are of the same school of thought as our Advanced Boy Scout (ABS) Sagir Mohammed will learn one or two lessons from that film - There are some wars that the size of your Army will not count.

The government have a golden opportunity of correcting all the injustices of past years by implementing this so called Amnesty the way it should be (by inviting UN into the process - I can understand the situation Yar'adua is now "double Jeopardy", they don't want the international community to see & know the truth of what is really going on in Niger Delta) instead of listening to the likes of unrepentant, unintelligent anti Nigerian Retired General (Advanced Boy Scout 'ABS') Sagir Mohammed.

For your information, ABS Sagir Mohammed, Nigeria economy is in a brink of collapse, just a little jolt and it will crash, so you see that Yar'adua and his advisers know where the shoe is pinching them, so let him do what he thinks is best for his government and not be distracted by people like you that have nothing to offer.

I have one last question for ABS Sagir Mohammed, What did Saminu Turaki do with all the allocations he benefited from free oil money for JIGAWA state in 8 years?

Gen 'Aboki' Mohammed is still living in the past just like his backward state, Jigawa. Advising the fed. gov to step-up the military action in the delta could be likened to chasing wild geese.
The JTF propaganda notwithstanding, it is clear that the war against militants was a flop.A big one for that matter.
MEND is an ideology that has come to rescue Nigeria from the claws of retrogression, backwardness and mindless looting by a parasitic political class made up mostly of northerners and their southern allies. I am optimistic that despite the temporary setbacks being witnessed in Nigeria now and occasioned by large-scale destruction of oil and gas facilities, the country will come better from it.
So MEND continue the oil and gas installations DESTRUCTIONS until Nigeria is brought down on its knees so that we can take another look at the union called Nigeria. May God continue to bless the MEND. Amen!!!!!!!!!!

These types of comments from people who have been in not only a position of leadership in this country but a high sensitive position close to the top achelons of Nigeria, like the MIO futher Validates what many has been saying that those ruling your Nigeria has no sympathy for the Niger Delta people. Not even their polluted and desecrated environment, except for the oil which's the main stay of their pockets!
This is the main reason anytime the flow of oil is threaten in the Niger Delta not in the North, or Swest or east, then you see these unusual out spoken parasites violating their silence to expose and venom out their subtleties against the people of the oil rich region.

We must take note that since ever oil was found and struck in commercial quantity and was found in a region without political power, the then Federal Republic Of Nigeria has degenerated from federal in practice to unitary and oligarchy.

As i hv always said and i'll say again that the only good thing that can happen to the Niger Delta people and their environment is when oil and gas is grounded in its entirety. Then we'll see who was and wasn't parasiting on oil proceeds, or at least it would expose those that are benefiting with addiction to oil proceeds for their survival - which qualified them for their parasitic status.

That again brought us to the Nigeria policy of allocations that decreed that the federal must rob paul to pay peter is nothing but a broad day robberies, which's a serious impediment to innovations and progress of new inventiveness.

Whatever way one looks at the oil or federal allocations to states, one still will arrived at one true, which's the whole truths and not but the true: That every other states in the nation just simply seats and folds their arms in a barren but large landmass for oil allocations to come by without any contributions whatsoever of economic significance to the central or to the Niger Delta, except pouring out on the Niger Delta a massive number of parasites and parasites and parasites, and more parasites!

FINALLY BUT NOT THE LEAST!
To say the least is to say that this is even more vital to note by every Niger Deltans that PARASITISM doesn't just resided in the North, they're almost everywhere around you; they're found in the Seast. In fact, their hub is the Swest! They're the most dangerous ones!
The ones that are closeby should be watch and monitor at all time for they're the most dangerous blood suckers and are seriously addicted to blood sucking! Without them the North cannot simply parasitizing on the Niger Delta blood. You must keep an eye on them! Because these blood suckers together frustrates every resource control moves, as they dominates what they called the Southern Caucus in the national club of asembly!
After all, to move forward peacefully in the Nigeria community of clubs, it's important that every activities of oil and gas found within the Niger Delta territory is totally grounded or the struggle continue!

I suggest that Alhaji Mohammed be put in charge of the JTF as I can see he has a quick solution to the Niger-Delta problem. Arrogant and empty headed individuals like Mohammed are the reason why the Niger-Delta is where she is today. They are of the opinion that people of the Niger-Delta are lesser Nigerians. Let me be quick to remind Mr Mohammed and all that think like him that the Niger-Delta problem if not handled with wisdom may lead to another civil war and if that happens, Nigeria may never be one again. Let me tell Mohammed and his cronies that it is unjust and inhuman to enslave a people for the good of another; and as the guns and bombs of the West could not stop the abolishment of slavery, so too the guns and bombs of the FG will not solve the Niger-Delta problem. If it could, the JTF would have been singing hossanah! by now, with their numerous claims of dislodging the militants from their hideouts. Give the Niger-Delta their dues and the problem of militancy will die a natural death.

It is a shame that some Nigerians can not make their points or join issues with opinions made, without being abusive or insulting. There is what we call intellectual discussions and opinions. We must learn to respect other people's points of view and join issues with them in a polite and responsible manner, while at the same time present our view point forcefully.
Now to the points, the people of the Niger Delta do not, need amnesty as amnesty is to pardon and forgive, a crime against a people. The people of the Niger Delta did not commit any crime, because we produce 95% the whole wealth of the Nation, with our crude oil and Gas. If they are criminals, their backers and collaborators the authorities want to deal with, that is okay by the people of the Niger Delta. We want to know who they are too and we want them to be named and shamed. Now General Alhaji Sagir Mohhammed former DMI and a very personal friend of General Babangida, a former Head of State, one of those who created and contributed to the problems of the Niger Delta and one of those who created and rushed the developement of Abuja, with money made in the Niger Delta and since you have the ear of the present President and government, YOU SHOULD TELL THE PRESIDENT AND GOVERNMENT THE FOLLOWINGS:
THIS IS WHAT THE PEOPLE OF THE NIGER DELTA WANT.
The federal government should introduce, a wind fall tax on the huge profits, the multi nationals made over the period and use ALL the money for the IMMEDIATE developement of the Niger Delta and the ecconomic empowerment of the people of the Niger Delta. This is what is done, even in developed countries. In Great Britain, when the Labour party came into power, they introdued the wind fall tax, inorder to claw back some of the huge profits, the companies made during the privitization processes. The Conservative party in government, sold very cheaply all government companies during the Privatization processes. ALL the money realised from the windfall tax, was used to create new jobs and train the unemployed. This move was very popular with the British public. You should bear in mind that, most of the companies, that made the huge profits in The Niger Delta, are British and American companies. This move will be popular in Nigeria and these British and American companies will not fault it. All you have to do is, to refer them to what happened in the United kingdom.
ALL the money realised from the excess crude, which was got any way, from the Niger Delta, should be used for the IMMEDIATE ecconomic development of the Niger Delta and EMMIDIATE ecconomic empowerment of the people of the Niger Delta.
The federal government should IMMEDIATELY draw down, 30% of its external revenue, for the iIMMEDIATE ecconomic developement of the Niger Delta and ecconomic empowerment of the people of the Niger Delta. The ferderal government should not give the usual excuse, that this draw down, will affect the value of the naira, as this is a price that, we should pay for the peace and stability of the Niger Delta and Nigeria. ALL THESE MUST BE DONE NOW!! Mr. President do all these and you have solved the problems in The Niger Delta permanently. You should tell the President, to use the same zeal, speed and enthusiazim the Federal government used to develope Abuja and its environs, to IMMEDIATELY develope the NIGER DELTA. Also bear in mind that, the money used to develope Abuja was ALL got from the Niger Delta and not from Abuja.

It is only in the entity called Nigeria that Mohammed can be an intelligent officer, otherwise, he is a zombie. Is he jittery because Shell is producing only 140,000 bpd, as a result of the militants action, thereby reducing his loots? Can't he initiate a war against Cameroum to recover Bakassi Peninsula that houses Nigeria's oil? Has Nigerian military ever fought a war against external aggression? All their wars are internal and against defenseless civilians. That is Nigerian military for you - the peace keepers.

Instead of going to war with South Africa during apartheid regime, the then head of state, Obasanjo, preferred to fight with juju, because South Africa was and is still more sophiscated, militarilly and otherwise. Mamman Gadaffi came to Nigeria with his well-trained female military officers, as he rejected Nigeria's intelligence officers, like Mohammed. Have you forgotten?

Mohammed, we are all thinking alike. How do you think the other regions will want fiscal federalism when for over 50 years they just wait for the end of the month to share easy oil money to the detriment of the Niger Delta region? Who has been the major beneficiaries of this criminal neglect and injustice. The current positions held by Northerners is an obvious answer. I commend MEND for opening our eyes to the fact that our fate is in our own hands and we must not settle for crumbs any more

Mohammed, if that is your style of stopping "the madness" in the Niger-Delta ,tell President Yar'Adua to also give the military order, to stop the madness of your brothers in the north, who keep on slaughtering their fellow human beings in the name of religion.
Why are you worried about the oil that does not belong to you and the north? Are you not a bunkerer, afterall? Who are the bunkerers if not the northerners and the military?

This man is really mad. No wonder the government and military act foolishly due to inept intellectual input from people like Mohammed. This is not an intelligence officer but an officer of stupidity. When people like Mohammed who are not intelligent advise the government and military we expect nothing less. It is a shame that someone who claims to be an intelligence officer could offer such a stupid advice. When the North relegates those who are really competent to the background, they give people like Mohammed the effrontery to lay bare their stupidity. Why would Babangida not perform woefully after 8 years when people like Mohammed were his so called 'intelligence officers'. This country called Nigeria can no more be allowed to be led to destruction by these foolish Northerners who have plunged Nigeria into a quagmire because of their foolishness. Let all Niger Deltans know that the statement credited to Na'Allah to exterminate 40 million is no joke. However they shall never prevail. MEND is not an organization of criminals so they will not allow those who raped their land continue unabated. Very soon people like Mohammed will be hunted down and liquidated one by one. We know the North will never allow justice prevail in this bedeviled country called Nigeria unless we fight for justice. If the North does not want us to live in an atmosphere of equity and justice, then the marriage called Nigeria will be dissolved.

Mohammed is suggesting that the conflict be expanded. As a Nigerian who is interested in finding a solution to this problem, I think his submission is not fully thought through. Expanding the military operation will certainly mean expanding both civilian casualty and collateral damage. Then, at least on a short term basis, a spike in retributive acts of sabotage. From a military point of view, there may be no corresponding ‘positive’ result in loses to the militants. Then comes the economic implication of having a bigger fight. Where is the MOD going to source the funds from? External reserve? Mind you, the FG will have to fall back on that reeling from blows from sabotage. For a psycologically divided nation tottering on the brink economically, I am convinced Mohammed’s recipe is merely a Nixonian folly. Nixon once surveyed Vietnam’s maps with his generals and with the sweep of the hand ordered all the Viet-cong’s sanctuaries obliterated (according to his own memoirs). The B52 high altitude bombers moved in. After months of cooking the landscape with high explosives and getting nothing but frustrations for their efforts, the only thing that seemed logical was to widen the operations even further. Vietnam was to become a classic in David and Goliath epics and a lessoon for military and political planners for all time.
The monster of militancy has been created by Nigeria’s incipient injustice. Any solution that does not sincerely address the reversal of that evil is doomed. Truth is, evils that visit nations do not have more complex beginnings and we are having our last chances at nipping a civil war in the bud
