Like i said before, in the next 15yrs there will be no more One Nigeria! The problem of Nigeria is caused by the little greedy of some of the yorubas e.g. Obj, Oyinlola, Awo, Akintola etc. Yoruba thought they can educationally control Hausa but guess what? The illiterates notherners are the one control all the literates across the nation! Im sure if Biafra war should start today nobody will ever stop Igbo to separate. Its time we go our different ways: we were never one and will never be One Nigeria. Let MEND Dont Stop!!!! They have started soonest others ethnic who believe they can survive without the northern slave masters will join them. What happened to OPC? They have been paid to silence them! It is unfortunate that part of the country (The North) that contributes less than 1% of the National Revenue will dominate the country leadership. The Housa/Fulani people are the least educated, the most backward, anti-capitalism yet they control the government since independent. It is exactly because these things that Nigeria the world most poorest county. We the South allow the least educated part of the ethnic group to control the country politically and the largly contributed to Nigerian backwardness in the world stap today. The North continue to embarrass the country as a whole with ideas. One of the worst state in the North is Zamfara State, whether its promotion of Sharia law humiliated Nigerians all over the world two years ago.The current Governor is at it again insisting that any state politician who does not become a member of PDP will be exiled from the State. This is close to what the fomer Governor said four years ago and that is that all politician should become members of ANPP and if you refused you will be jailed. I have said this in many of my articles and that is Nigeria should be divided into two countries in which the North will become a separate country because the North want to make Kora their constitution.

Will these injustice, dicrimination and marginalization ever stop in Nigeria? Would Yar’adua had sent soldiers to go and destroy communities if Niger delta were a nothern region?
Riots and wantom destruction of lives and properties in the north are like a normal thing and yet nothing is done about this!
I can imagine what would have happened were the Niger Delta a region in the North.
I think it is high time the national issue is discussed without leaving any stone unturned.

They say pictures don’t lie…abi na lie? Why did the Russian President avoid eye contact with Yaradua? Your guess!

And can anyone in foreign office tell us why our Government is inviting all foreign government Head of states to Nigeria on official visit- (I can count about 5 in the last two months) – to do what?
I am asking because I cannot see any motive for this- do they know what we Nigerians don’t know- (drum up support in case of disintegration or in preparation for 2011 make or break rigging?), and who is paying for all these visits in this economic meltdown?

On the Senators accusation, only a fool will believe any greedy nationalist hyperbole. Those eating fat on the miseries of their fellow Nigerians are ‘Arije n’madaru, Efulefus, Barawo bansa and traitor Nationalists. They are politica jobbers in one political party and will never rock the boat. Imagine one of them speaking on the condition of anonymity…bloody coward!

If they are serious and real meant what they say, they should have offered to resign their position / seat in the House and go into private business (with all the money they have made working against the poor masses). But they can’t dare, because they were planted there by the oligarchy.

No good talking; just resign and let the government and the masses know that you are serious about the injustices going on the country.

The Southern Senators try to voice their minds. But check them is any one them a member of PDP (People Destroyer Party). I do not know but if no they are only want us to recognise them and we have recohnise as good citizens of the South. They should begin to fight politically like MEND. I do not ask them to carry arm because every one must not carry arm but they contiune until injustice in Nigeria become a thing of the past.

It’s too late to cry over spilled milk. Yar’Adua is Obasanjo’s contraption for him to remain relevant. It was a political master stroke. Who would be talking of Obj if someone like Odili had ascended to the Presidency? Obj shopped for the weakest to upstage the strongest for his (Obj’s) selfish reasons. He knew that Yar’Adua cannot match his (Obj’s) experience and strong leadership character. Umaru Yar’Adua cannot be Shehu Musa Yar’Adua of blessed memory!!!

I live in London and I pity the country Nigeria. We have severally able bodied men and women who are intelligent and strong but I always shed tears whevever I see the picture of our President online. If he were my father I would have advised him to quit and come home and rest. He is not feeling well. People like Lab should come here and advise. This picture with Russian President and the other with Spanish PM is not potraying Nigeria in a good light. Peopel like Buba Maruwa form the North should be a nice choice.

Nnaemeka Chukwu, if you think Yar’dua is a good man and has appointed his friends what happens to the saying that show me your friends and i will tell you who you are? By the appoints made by Yar’dua it has shown what kind of man he is; a dubious and heartless man enveloped with visionless and directionless tribalism tactics. He pretended to be a good man and mumu that can be controlled by OBJ, only to get to power and get another superior controller bigger than OBJ – the Northern! If we all think Yar’dua is the one ruling this nation we are all subject to illusion. How can someone who is critically sick, who constantly on a sick bed surrounded by doctors be the ruler of a nation? Until the VP speak up we will continue to live in this country without a president but a group of northerners as our president. No wonder they told Jonathan to not dream of becoming the president in case Yar’dua step down. So who is the president then?

Lab, I pity you. What are you talikng about. Has a southerner been the Minister of Agriculture ever in Nigeria before.Yet the Miniser of Petroleum the GMD of NNPC are all from the North. The owners of the region are not at the helm of affairs and you open you dirty mouth and warp brain to say the senators should keep quiet. Am not talking about the Finance sector and the CBN that have all Northerners. The injustice down by this administration is too glaring, only a man like you will not see it because you are from the north and also a beneficairy. You claim that Sulodo does not deserve a second term because there are numerous Nigerians who can do the job. I agree with you but would the incompenent Yaruadu seek a second term, Soludo did a great deal then this President and you know it. The only thing the President has done well is Nothernising Nigeria. This is the reason people why you have OPC, MEND, MASSOB. When the country is divided, then you can do as you wish with the posts, but they way we are going now, its not the best at all. Obansanjo was far better in recognizing every region than this President. Nigeria will continue to lag behind until it jettisons parochial and primitive clinging to ethinic jingoism.

We will not solve our myriad of problems without knowing where we went wrong in our short but tortuous history, and admitting it. To heal an ulcerous wound, you need to clean it. The cleaning process is often painful, but thereafter, the wound starts to heal. You only postpone the evil day when you try to hide your head like an Ostrich. There can only be true forgiveness if there is a sincere acceptance and repentance for wrongs done. That is the beginning of a true healing process. Read the posting of Alfonso Diyelben, a Northerner.
Mind you, I am not calling for a reversal of the present roles. I am calling for JUSTICE, EQUITY and FAIRNESS to all. This can only be achieved when the South put aside their inter- and intra- tribal jealousy, and their greed, collectively take on the North and do away with the present oppressive system which has kept us prostrate for the past 49 years.
If they can`t do this, then I will suggest ,”to your tents Oh `Nigeria`”.
