it is a trerrible thing to enter into any agreement with the federal government, this is because they have not kept any of the promises.ASUU is on strike as result of unfulfilled promises and bridge of contract from the federal government, the NDDC is yet to receive their allocation from the federal government, what is the happening to the electoral reforms? and many other failed promises. How sure are we that they would tackle the niger delta issues if MEND should surrender. What if they fail to fulfill their promises, who do we hold responsible.MEND should be very careful because these people (federal government) are not to be trusted.

MEND is not serious.I thought by now they,MEND could have crippled the economy so that those thieves in Abuja will all go back to their different villages.
Iam not happy with MEND.They have my support to send all the oil companies packing. The fifty billion naira overture as regards amnesty is a shenanigan. The should not accept it.It is a big trap.As soon as MEND accepts the overture, the federal government with their foreign oil companies will reduce the Niger Delta to desert.

I was seriously planning on purchasing a waterfront property in Portharcourt. Perhaps, I should look elsewhere. It appears the situation in that part of Nigeria has taken a turn for the worse, what with kidnappers and other dangerous elements brandishing handguns and threatening to kill anyone who refuses to pay them ransom money. :-(

The good people of Portharcourt should not listen to Rotimi Amaechi, Rotimi is fronting for the Arewa cabal. Mend should continue in its effort to free the people of the Niger Area and the national as a whole. Kudos Mend!

This one that we did not hear from MEND since morning, I hope they are still planning? MEND should be told that they have no other option than to cripple Nigeria oil and gas export

The Police should live up to thier responsibilty of protecting the citizens from the hands of this semi terrorist grougps called kidnapers. Note that good investors are running away from helping the nation as result of this disgrunted element operating in in failed state.
